Oil will meet the specification for the vehicles as sold new in New
Zealand and from a known brand supplier such as Castrol, Mobile, Penrite or similar,
service items fitted will be from local known brand suppliers except where specific
items are requested by the customer to be genuine manufacturer parts in which case
additional charges may be applied, Some vehicles may require additional services to
what is listed, these can be provided at an additional cost, Items inspected that
require repair or replacement will incur additional costs, vehicles such as 4wd,
diesel, uncommon makes, European makes and performance vehicles may all require
additional costs for material and labour.
No additional costings or work required will be started without the written
consent of the customer.
